1. About these terms

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the RankActions website and application (the "Service"), operated by E2E Integration, a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RankActions is an AI-powered SEO tool that connects to your Google Search Console, analyses your website data, and provides prioritised recommendations to improve your search engine rankings. The Service also includes AI content generation, link building tools, and performance reporting.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific SEO results will be achieved. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website quality.

3. Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Google Search Console access

The Service connects to Google Search Console via OAuth with read-only access. This means we can view your search performance data but cannot make any changes to your website or Google account.

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or the RankActions Settings page. When you disconnect, we stop fetching your data and your stored access tokens are deleted.

Your use of Google APIs through our Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

5. Plans and pricing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Details of current plans and pricing are available at rankactions.com/#pricing.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If you are on a paid plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing applies.

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

6. Payments and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.

If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate SEO fix suggestions, blog content, outreach emails, and performance summaries. You should be aware that:

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by E2E Integration. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Content you generate using the Service (blog posts, outreach emails, etc.) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over content you create.

Your website data remains yours at all times. We do not claim any rights over your Google Search Console data.

10. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Disclaimers

The Service provides recommendations and tools to help improve your website's SEO performance. We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, or traffic increases. SEO is inherently unpredictable and influenced by factors outside our control.

Link building suggestions and outreach templates are provided as starting points. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach practices comply with applicable laws and the policies of the websites you contact.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@rankactions.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid fees.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request an export of your data before closing your account.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
